Merit Medical Connect features help to engage, educate, and empower employees by providing information about Merit’s benefits programs, access to benefit providers, easy answers to health and wellness questions, current job openings and more.
Engage:
- Surveys distributed directly in the app to check-in and assess how employees are doing
- Push notification capabilities (pop-up message on your mobile device)
- Message hub to store important messages or documents for employees to access 24/7
- Ability to invite family members to utilize the same features available to the employees
- Chatbot services to receive immediate answers to common questions
- You can now participate in wellness challenges with your colleagues. We would need access to your steps and distance data in healthKit to build a leaderboard with your peers. If you don’t see this option in app please reach out to your HR to get Wellness/Activity tracker enabled.
Educate:
- Benefits hub – review/access the various benefits offered including detailed plan information
- Direct links to benefit providers
- Benefit guide & company documents stored directly in the app
Empower:
- ID card storage to keep multiple cards in one place directly in the app
- Have a Question? Be directed to our HR/Benefit/Payroll/Recruiting teams
- Find in-network providers nearby
